Ordering has never been so simple!
What's more, we'll be happy to help you every step of the way.

Order Forms can be found on the "Order Forms" page, and downloaded and printed from there. If you are unable to print the forms from that page or from an emailed attachment, just send us your name and mailing address, requesting forms, to forms@canadiandrugsbymail.com and they will be post-mailed to you immediately. You should receive them within three to four days.
You will only need to fill out this form the first time you order your medication. Refills may be ordered by email.

All available medications and prices can be found on the "Prices" page.
If you would like assistance locating your medication or prices, please email us with a list of your medications, strengths and amounts, and we will reply right away with all the information you request.

Shipping cost is a flat fee of $10.00 U.S. for any amount of medication, sent Insured Shipping via Express Post.

Then, simply send your completed Order Form and doctor's prescription to the pharmacy by mail or fax.

Accepted methods of payment are: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, International Money Orders, and Automatic Banking Withdrawals made out to "UDS Health". There is a short waiting period for banking authorization on personal checks.
